Do you keep these items in stock?
Generally, No. We keep surplus items in stock.
As stated here before, you are welcome to e-mail(preferred) or call and inquire about your order at any time. We do NOT have a receptionist or phone operator, so messaging is preferred.
How long will it take for my order to process and ship?
Orders are processed during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (Central). Current work load conditions prevail, but most orders can be processed within 8 weeks. If you have a schedule, PLEASE CALL before you order to check availability. I may not be able to meet your schedule. You will receive an e-mail notification when your item has shipped.
How do yOU ship?
We ship using USPS Priority which takes 2-3 days (or longer, depending where you are) to deliver. We can also ship your order USPS Express at your request. If you absolutely want a different carrier, call and let us know and we would have no problem doing so as long as you take care of all shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally and to APO/FPO/DPO?
Yes. Please contact us for prices.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal preferred. Credit cards on PayPal site. Local orders, we accept cash or card.
